Products received damaged:
Save ALL packing materials. This includes inner and outer boxes and all packing material.
If possible take pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
Notify us within 5 business days of delivery at 1-800-446-6778.
Damage not reported within 5 business days of delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon delivery :
Open and inspect all packages for damage immediately upon delivery.
Damages must be reported on receipt from shipping company prior to accepting shipment.
From time to time our products are damaged during delivery. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the quality product that you ordered.
